I created this little collage showcasing the items I will have up for bid for the Instagram Artist Auction taking place tomorrow at @keepithandmade. All of these items have been revealed on their page so go check them out and give the listings some love and shares while you wait for the auction to open.
This Artist Auction is a great opportunity for you to stay home and still get to shop! But this time you will be helping all the artists/vendors/small businesses that are participating. When the auction opens tomorrow at 7pm CST just visit the @keepithandmade Instagram page, go to the item you want and comment your bid amount. Be sure to read the caption description of every item for their starting bid and BIN details.
I would like to showcase 1 of my items as it is a special framed print of the art piece I drew and gifted to my dear friend Sid Haig. As most of you know Sid passed away last year so I have chosen to give all of my proceeds from this item to his wife, “my sista” Suzie. This will help her with the upcoming medical procedures and the expenses she needs help with now more than ever. So if you bid on any of my items please consider bidding on this one as the cause is very dear to my heart and I would really like to raise as much money as I can from this item to help her. You can find, like, share and bid on it HERE!
If you’re missing the thrill of going shopping due to quarantine and want to help artists and small businesses during these hard times, then I have treat for you!
I will have 6 of my creations up for bid in the Artist Auction taking place this week on Instagram from Weds. March 25th at 7pm CST – Sat. March 28th 7pm CST at @keepithandmade
1 of my 6 items is a very special item and I have personally decided to donate all of my proceeds from this item to a dear friend of ours in need. I will post more details once the auction items are announced. At that time I will need everyone’s help with sharing the details to help raise as much money as I can.
Stay tuned this week and follow the @keepithandmadepage for vendor and auction item announcements from all participating artists! Feel free to share this post as well to help get the word out about the auction.
I saw this photo posted on Instagram by YuvaKala, a fellow artisan who I have purchased from in the past. It hit home with me because it holds so much truth…
Every time I get an order from my Amazon or Etsyshops I literally get giddy with excitement. Yes, the benefits of having that little bit of extra income are great, but that is not why we dance or get giddy. It’s knowing that something we created and put our time, heart and soul into was admired by someone so much, that they actually spent their hard earned money on it. We know what it’s like to struggle and want to have cool things. So if our creations are those cool things, it literally blows our minds. So the next time you debate buying something from an artist that was handcrafted or going with that thing mass produced item that everyone else has, remember that for every purchase you make with us artsy folks, someone is doing a happy dance!
And to all of my Freaky Fanatics who have purchased from me in the past and in the future, thank you for keeping me giddy and dancing! You have no idea how grateful I am to have all of you supporting what I love to do.
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. So I am here to help you find the perfect gift for that boil or ghoul of your nightmares! Use coupon code BLOODYVALENTINE in my Etsy shop now through February 10th and receive 14% off your order!
All ready to ship items will ship out right away. However, it is highly suggested if you are interested in gifting a t-shirt that you order ASAP. Each one is made to order and takes approximately 2 weeks to be printed and shipped. Custom requests are welcome if you contact me now. This assures I have enough time to order any supplies I may need to make your vision come to life.
Don’t forget I also offer gift certificates. They are not eligible for the discount code but they make great gifts (especially for last-minute shoppers). When purchased from my shop a digital certificate will be emailed directly to you (so you can print it out) or it can be emailed directly to the recipient.
I had posted some time back that my portraits were available on merchandise through RageOn! Well the all over print process can make the items a little pricey. So I decided to give RedBubble a try as well. That away people with different budgets can rock my work! The items range from home decor to clothing so make sure to check it out and share!
