I have joined up with The Wishmasters Project for this week’s upcoming auction. They do auction-style fundraising on Instagram to help raise money for those in need. As someone who has had their own fair share of medical financial hardships, I know how hard it can be. That is why I am always trying to find ways I can use my art to give back the way others had helped me.
The current auction is to help Jessica Gimareli of GrimmArtworksDesigns who was in a terrible car accident with multiple life-threatening injuries. She is now wheelchair bound with permanent nerve damage and suffers from chronic pain. She is in need of a vehicle with a special accessible foot pedal device to assist her with driving. The goal of this auction is to help Jessica become mobile again.
The item I have donated is a 2 piece Chucky & Tiff Portrait Print Set. Winner of the auction will receive both a Friends Til The End print and a Barbie Eat Your Heart Out Print. Both will be 8.5″ x 11″ in size.

Received another Christmas card this year from Linda Blair, her babies and the Worldheart Foundation.
I wanted to share this with my Freaky Fanatics because this card goes out to you as well. Any of you that purchased a Linda Blair Fundraiser item in my shop is helping keep their foundation strong! As you know part of the proceeds of these items that I have made go to her foundation. There are still items available for those who love dogs, the Exorcist or just want to help! Click here to check out the items that are left! Get a little something while giving back to a great cause!
We had a wonderful time last weekend at Trish’s Breast Cancer Benefit. I wanted to share some photos I got while we were there.
Just me and the love of my life… my hubby Frank, having a good time.
He was quite excited when they called his raffle ticket for the booze basket ha ha
This is my raffle basket on the table amongst over 50 other prizes that people donated (how awesome is that?!). The photo next to it is of Trish’s daughter Ava and the woman who hosted the event raffling my basket off to the winner.
These are just some general shots that show the great turn out of people there to support her cause! I was so happy to see how great the turn out was for her!

You may have gotten the hint from Friday’s post that I was preparing for a big day on Saturday!
I felt like a giddy fang banger in line at Wizard World Fan Fest yesterday. I had my hot pink and white zebra print gift bag all ready (thanks to my sister in law for the killer bag she wrapped my birthday present in last month). Inside was my original “Bite Me” portrait of Pam ready to hand over to the amazingly talented Kristin Bauer. As many of you know she is one of my favorite actresses and her portrayal of one of my favorite book characters has impressed me over and over again. First Pam and now my favorite fairy tale villain Maleficent. I just can’t get enough of her.
Everyone knows how beautiful Kristin Bauer is on the big screen but in person WOW! Seriously WOW! Then to top it off she was just incredibly sweet and grateful for the drawing I gave her. She thanked me and asked if I would like it in the photo op we were about to take. She then thanked me again before I walked away and gave me a hug. First Rose McGowan in November and now another girl crush hug from Kristin Bauer! All unexpected and as a thank yous for my art gifts. WIN!

Since I knew I wouldn’t get a lot of time to talk to her during the photo op and couldn’t afford another ticket for the autograph line I decided to put a card in the bag telling her that the drawing was a token of my admiration and a thank you for inspiring me to use my talent to help others.
As you may already know from my past posts that I reached out to Kristin’s team a while back and a portion of the proceeds received from selling any of my Pam inspired creations in my Etsy shop (including prints of this portrait I just gifted to her) will go to The Amanda Foundation. One of Kristin’s favorite foundations to help. You can read more about it in my past post here.
I’m walking in the American Heart Association’s 5K Heart Walk to raise funds for heart disease and stroke research and education. I have joined the team The Super Santori’s to stand by my friend Heather’s side as we walk in memory of her dad who recently passed away.
Events like Heart Walk make a difference. Through education and research, the American Heart Association is working to build healthier lives for all Americans.
Click on the link below to visit my fundraising page to make a secure, tax-deductible donation and find out more about why I’m participating in the Heart Walk. No amount is too small! Every dollar amount gets us closer to our goal.
Thank you in advance for your donation and support! Life. Life is why we have the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk.

A few years back I helped my family raise money for a walk they were doing to support a wonderful foundation who has helped my cousin Rosemary. I was not able to do the walk so I created some items and we sold them and the the money earned went to Team Rosie for their walk.
This year I am able to participate and will be joining my family at the walk. I have officially created my page for the 4th Annual Walk for Down in the Southland! Please visit this page to learn more about the foundation and the wonderful things they do for those with Down Syndrome. While you are there if you would like to donate for Team Rosie that would rock! Any amount of donation would be greatly appreciated to help us reach our team goal. If you can or can’t donate a simple re-blogging of this post or sharing of the link would help out tremendously!

Some of you that know me or keep up on what I am doing creatively know that I also use my art work to help worthy causes. For those not aware you can check them out on my website where I have a section on my site dedicated just to this.
With it being Giving Tuesday I wanted to remind everyone (horror fans and pet lovers alike) that I still have a few remaining “puppy” fundraiser accessories left in my Etsy Shop. These items are priced to be affordable for those who would like to get a little something and also give a little something. For each one sold 50% of the proceeds go to the Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation. I have already sold a few of these and Linda and her team were very appreciative of the donation that came from them. They even posted about them on their Facebook page.
The Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation is devoted to the loving care and rescue of animals throughout Los Angeles. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, which means we rely on generous tax deductible donations from animal lovers and benevolent souls, just like you. With your help, we can work miracles to end the suffering of animals throughout Los Angeles. Our rescues deserve warm, happy and loving forever homes where they can live in safety.
When I met Linda a few years back she inspired me to make these items. Her passion for her foundation and the back bone of what it stands for moved me. She really genuinely loves doing this for these animals.
These are the remaining 4 items available….
