Tom (a past customer of mine) contacted me recently asking if I can do another portrait for him. I had drawn a memorial portrait of his niece, Audra 4 years ago and he said he immediately thought of me when he decided to have a 2nd memorial portrait done. This time it would be of his pet wolf named Possum. I was honored he came back to have me do yet another meaningful piece and after seeing photographs of his unique and captivating pet, I became instantly excited to work on it. After finishing the portrait the other night I emailed Tom the first draft. I couldn’t be happier when I saw his response in my inbox. It said….”I LOVE IT!”
Last night I put a protective spray on the portrait and tonight I am getting it ready to ship out. I can’t wait to hear what Tom thinks of it when he sees it in person.
Memorial portraits are a wonderful way to pay tribute and keep the memory alive of someone we love. I hope that this portrait of Possum brings some peace to Tom during this time and he can look at it and think back of all the wonderful times he spent with his beloved pet.

I had posted some time back that my portraits were available on merchandise through RageOn! Well the all over print process can make the items a little pricey. And don’t forget.. if you do purchase items from my RageOn!, RedBubble or Etsy shops to make sure to contact me so you can submit photos of you with your items for my Freaky Fanatic slideshow. Remember all Freaky Fanatics get a special coupon code!

Almost 2 years ago I posted some photos of the paintings I did for my friends Kristin and Jesse who were having a baby boy. Jesse being a big train collector and also having a pet turtle I was quite inspired…
When Kristin set them up in the nursery she sent me a photo of them fully on display in baby Jacob’s room. I of course posted it to share with all of you because it made my day. Later on when I saw them in person hanging over his crib I was so happy to see how well they went with everything else in the nursery.
Well today baby Jacob is getting bigger and he is a lot more active at his age. So when I got this text from Kristin this morning it made me smile from ear to ear….
“Hi! Wanted to tell you, Jacob is big time into trains right now. Every morning and night he points to the pics you painted and says “Choo, Choo, turtle…” It’s so cute”
This is why I love using my talent to make hand made gifts. The hard work pays off when you get these types of reactions from people. Especially the little ones.
Thank you Kristin and little Jacob for making my day!
Check out these awesome Freaky Fanatic photos sent in by Clint and Cathy. These are items they purchased at the Hardcore Hearse Club show from my vending table.
Clint loves his “Eat Your Heart Out Barbie” Jennifer Tilly/Tiffany custom decorated/framed print and Cathy loves her Dead Girl Decay Polka Dot Eyeball Barrette. They also are now displaying one of my Skullerfly Wall Hangings up in their home.
