I had posted some time back that my portraits were available on merchandise through RageOn! Well the all over print process can make the items a little pricey. So I decided to give RedBubble a try as well. That away people with different budgets can rock my work! The items range from home decor to clothing so make sure to check it out and share!

Freaky Fanatics: Denis O’Hare

0

After a hard week of going through another digestive motility scare, I was overwhelmed with joy to see Denis O’Hare posted a photo of my “We All Have Our Flaws Kitten” portrait on his Instagram. He posted it a few weeks ago but I just came across it this week…. which is ironic because I really needed the pick me up.

I seriously could not be more giddy about this. I know I am a total horror geek, but stuff like this really means a lot to me as an artist. When you work really hard on a piece and you give it to the person that inspired it, all you can really do is hope they appreciate all the heart you put into it.

Thank you Denis for sharing my work with the world! It was an honor to meet you at Walker Stalker Con and so happy to see how much you are enjoying the portrait I drew of/for you! You really are just as amazing I always imagined you would be.

Want to own a print of this piece of art that I drew for Denis? Prints are available in my Etsy shop!

Creature Feature Post By One of my Freaky Fanatics! Check it out and follow her blog!

Living Dead Girl Nicole and I have been friends for a long time. Having a talented friend like Nicole is beneficial for me. HA! She knows my style, and makes pieces tailored for me.

Nicole is a truly talented artist, and hand makes beautiful one of a kind pieces that she will customize to your taste and style. Although her work focuses mainly on the macabre, she has the vision to work outside of her comfort zone and focus on the needs of the client.

Nicole is skilled in many mediums, but showcased are some of the beautiful hair pieces she has made for me over the years. I’ve worn her large head pieces to several weddings, and always receive many compliments.

If you are interested in a hairpiece for yourself, or other artwork Nicole has created, please review her etsy shop below.

Freaky Fanatics: Jacob Loves His Choo Choos!

2

Almost 2 years ago I posted some photos of the paintings I did for my friends Kristin and Jesse who were having a baby boy. Jesse being a big train collector and also having a pet turtle I was quite inspired…

wp_20141108_13_17_09_pro

When Kristin set them up in the nursery she sent me a photo of them fully on display in baby Jacob’s room. I of course posted it to share with all of you because it made my day. Later on when I saw them in person hanging over his crib I was so happy to see how well they went with everything else in the nursery.

Well today baby Jacob is getting bigger and he is a lot more active at his age. So when I got this text from Kristin this morning it made me smile from ear to ear….

“Hi! Wanted to tell you, Jacob is big time into trains right now. Every morning and night he points to the pics you painted and says “Choo, Choo, turtle…” It’s so cute”

This is why I love using my talent to make hand made gifts. The hard work pays off when you get these types of reactions from people. Especially the little ones.

Thank you Kristin and little Jacob for making my day!
