It’s that time of year again. Halloween is over (waaah) and before you know it Christmas will be upon us. So this is just a friendly reminder that if you want to order any of my art shirts for gift giving to keep in mind turnaround times. Each shirt is custom made to order. They average 2 weeks to produce and get shipped out once the order is placed in my Etsy or Amazon shops.
Living Dead Girl Nicole’s art shirts are Sid Haig approved! 🙂
I am also already getting orders in for custom Dead Girl Decay barrettes and inquiries for other custom creations, so if you are looking for me to handcraft you something unique for a gift, make sure to reach out to me ASAP so we can discuss your vision. Most custom items need time for ordering supplies and then additional time to actually make your vision come to life.
I finished up a commission piece over the weekend. This was for a return client who wanted me to make them another mini zombie head prop. But this time they wanted an undead pirate for a decorative ghost pirate ship they are putting together. So if you’re wondering why all of the rum and brains are gone.. it’s probably because of the Captain of the Undead here…
When you do a commission piece and you send photos of the finished creation to the client there is always that nervousness of wither you captured what they had envisioned. So I was very happy when I got a response that said…”I knew it would be awesome whatever you came up with but this is so much better than I imagined. So cool. Thank you so much.”

I love all my Freaky Fanatic submissions but this one takes the (space) cake! I received a message via Etsy letting me know that the custom Star Wars Greedo Barrette arrived safely to the UK for the holidays. Knowing this made me happy, but what was attached to the message made me even happier. Check out this incredible Happy Customer photo I received.
You can see Greedo and more of my Freaky Fanatics on my official portfolio website. Don’t forget to also submit your photos so you can be featured as well. If you are chosen you will receive an undead discount code for all future purchases in my Etsy shop! Camera shy? No worries. Get creative like this client did!
As you know, I love commission pieces and this last request I received was right up my alley. Gaby contacted me looking for a painting of Scraps from the Corpse Bride and Zero from Nightmare Before Christmas. As a fellow Tim Burton geek she knew I was the artist for the job. I finished the piece and sent photos to Gaby for her approval. I could not have been happier with her response…..
“Oh I love it! It’s perfect 🙂 The details are amazing! I can’t wait for it!”
Here are a few photos I took during the painting process…
And here is the completed piece, I call it “Play Dead”…..
See more of the paintings I have done in the Drippings section of my portfolio website and make sure to contact me if you are interested in your own custom piece of artwork!
