Freaky Fanatics: Kristi Welcomes Betty to Her Spooky Doll Collection

0

So thrilled to see that Betty is making friends in her new tomb sweet tomb!

Betty is now a part of a growing spooky doll collection. Her new owner Kristi included a message with her photo saying…

“She’s so much more impressive in person! No regrets here!!”

…. and followed it with a 5 star Etsy review!

Are you also a collector of one-of-a-kind creepy dolls? You can see all the Undead Dolls I have created on the Adopt The Undead page of my official portfolio website! While you are there you will notice that no two are ever the same. Once they are adopted they will never be replicated and the new owner has a unique piece of art they can’t get anywhere else.

Ready to adopt an Undead Doll now? I have a couple pre-made ones left that are available for purchase online in my Etsy shop or in person at Closet Collectibles in Crete IL!

Have a photo of how you display my art in your home? Contact me so it can be featured with Kristi’s photo in the Freaky Fanatic slideshow of my official portfolio website!

Freaky Fanatics: John’s Penny Furter Display

0

I was so thrilled to see this photo in my inbox. It comes from one of my customers John and it shows how he has displayed my “Penny Furter” print in his home! 🎈

John loved the piece so much he purchased a 2nd print so his wife has something unique for Tim Curry to sign at the upcoming Monsterpalooza convention! I always love when my artwork is used for these memorable experiences and can’t wait to hear more from John after they meet the legend himself.

Have a photo of how you display my art in your home? Contact me so it can be featured with John’s photo in the Freaky Fanatic slideshow of my official portfolio website!

Are you a Tim Curry fan? Looking for something unique for the next horror con? Be sure to get your own “Penny Furter” print or t-shirt in my Etsy shop! Prints are also available to purchase in person at Closet Collectibles in Crete IL!

Freaky Fanatics: Patrick, Juniper & Ruby

2

My cousin Patrick brought his girls, Juniper and Ruby to see my work in store at Closet Collectibles. He sent me this beautiful photo of them with my store display and it truly lifted my spirits! 👻

I would like to take a moment to give Patrick a little shoutout as well…. for always supporting my work, always taking the time to like and share my art posts and for all the wonderful messages of feedback he sends to me whenever I share a new creation. With so much of my soul going into what I create it truly means the world to me to have this type of support. It also is so wonderful to see that he instills these values into his daughters to not only support family, but artists and small businesses like Closet Collectibles as well.

See Juniper and Ruby in the Freaky Fanatic slide show of my official portfolio website.

Restocked at Closet Collectibles with new Display!

4

Over the weekend I did another art drop off/pickup at Closet Collectibles (Crete IL)! I was pleasantly surprised to find that they gave me a new display spot in the store and I could not be happier.

It has nothing to do with my love of built-ins (well maybe that’s part of it) but it has everything to do with it being a prime spot in the store that really showcases and protects my work! I really love it! 💜

While I was there I picked up my Undead Doll Betty who was adopted on Etsy. Holly has now taken her place on display and is waiting for someone to adopt her and Teddy.

My “The Lovers. The Dreamers. And Me.” (of Jim Henson and Kermit) portrait prints also made their debut. While I was there I also re-stocked my sold out giclee art prints of my other Spitting Image portraits (which are now on the 3rd shelf pictured).

I am so grateful to Chris and Michelle for always thinking of and supporting me as their resident local artist at Closet Collectibles. Mother’s Day weekend is always a rough time for me so this really lifted my spirits. So blessed to be a part of such an incredible store ran by such incredible people. I can not recommend shopping there enough. And when you do, be sure to tell them..”Living Dead Girl Nicole sent me!”
